Robert M. Tarola is President of Right Advisory LLC, a consulting firm formed in 2008 which offers a unique perspective
to address business and professional challenges of accountants, auditors, attorneys, governance bodies and finance professionals.
Mr.
Tarola has extensive experience as a public company director, public company CFO and public company auditor. He is a former Chief
Financial Officer of W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) and MedStar Health, Inc. both of which are multi-billion dollar businesses
with complex multi-national operations.
Prior to serving twelve years as a CFO, Mr. Tarola was a partner with Price Waterhouse
LLP. During his twenty-two year tenure with Price Waterhouse, he served in a variety of capacities, including regional managing partner
for a strategic industry segment, a partner in its National SEC Services Group and an engagement partner for major client accounts.
Mr.
Tarola is a director of public mutual funds sponsored by Legg Mason, Inc., a director of publicly traded TeleTech Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:
TTEC), a director of the American Kidney Fund, and has served on the boards of directors of several health and community organizations.
He is an audit committee financial expert.
Mr. Tarola holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple Universityand has chaired the Advisory Board to the President of the University. He was recently appointed, in a consulting capacity, as Special
Financial Advisor to the President of Howard University.
Mr. Tarola is an at-large member of the governing council of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a past member of its Assurance Services Executive Committee, a past member of the Board
of Directors of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and holds licenses to practice accountancy in three states
and the District of Columbia. Mr. Tarola currently leads an AICPA task force studying risk management issues of corporate boards.
Mr. Tarola served on the Standing Advisory Group of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and was recently appointed to its inaugural Investors Advisory Group. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the School of Accountancy of the University of Denver and of theMerrick School of Business of the University of Baltimore and is listed in International Who’s Who of Professionals.

V. Bridget Sarikas has over 20 years experience
in investor relations and communication, financial planning and analysis and administration. Most recently she was the Director of
Investor Relations and Financial Planning and Analysis for W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE:
GRA), a $3+ billion dollar industrial
enterprise with multi-national operations. In this position she had responsibility
for all investor and analyst communications and presentations, as well as internal strategic and operating plan processes. She also
held positions responsible for shareholder services and support, and for HR and administration of a 350 person global financial services
function.
Prior to serving nine years at W. R. Grace & Co., she was a financial manager at MedStar Health, a multi-service
regional health system, a professional assistant at Price Waterhouse LLP in Washington, DC and an energy analyst at Foster Associates,
Inc. Her experiences in those roles included financial analysis and forecasting, executive and board level presentations, and numerous
project management assignments.
Ms. Sarikas holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and is a member of the National
Investor Relations Institute.
